GLASS
Platinum and Gold-gilded Items (Vetro Gold & Platinum, Baroque Gold) Our gilded pieces should never be placed in the dishwasher, oven or microwave. Because of the delicate nature of handmade glass, we recommend not pouring boiling water into the items or placing them in the freezer. Glass items are hand wash with a non-abrasive detergent to ensure the beauty of the piece. We recommend the use of a soft jewelry cloth to buff any tarnish that occurs naturally on our gilded pieces.
Glass (Giardino, Rialto, Vetro) These glassware pieces are hand wash only other than Rialto white. Rialto white only can be put in the dishwasher.
Pewter & Glass (Anna, Animale, Donatello Charger & Salad, Giorgio, Giovanna, Milano, Roma, Taverna, Tavola, Tesoro, Portofino, Giardino, and Verona. Mouth-blown glass can be irregular in shape and may contain small bubbles and imperfections, which is expected. The pewter and glass are fused together with a special clamping machine and/or industrial epoxy. All pewter & glass items should be washed by hand, These items should not be used in the oven, microwave, or freezer. Our pewter & glass drinkware collections should not be submerged in warm water to soak but should be washed individually and dried. FABRIC
Linen
Linen becomes softer and more luxurious after each wash. Wash linen on low temperatures in lukewarm or cold water. Use the gentle machine cycle and a mild detergent to protect the fibers. For a natural look and feel, we like to hang the linen item to dry until it is almost dry, then throw it in the dryer with no heat for the final dry. For a more formal look, hang your linen item to dry until completely dry, then iron with full steam to get the crisp look.

Comfy Collection
Make sure you turn your Comfy item inside out when washing.
Dry your Comfy item on a lint free towel or clothes rack.
As you can feel your Comfy piece is soft and luxurious. This is because of the loosely spun yarn. This does allow for more opportunity for friction and in turn, pilling.
Pilling is not a forever thing. In fact, after a few wears, pilling will happen less and less as the fibers make their way to the surface.
Use of a pill shaver will help keep your items looking new and should only need to be used a couple times.
Viscose
Hand wash or use a machine's delicate cycle with cold water and mild detergent.
Air-dry by laying it flat and reshaping it while damp.
Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric.
Iron using low temperature on the reverse side of garment (inside out).
