Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help make things right. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

How We Take Care of You

 

  • Our Care Guarantee: Please look over your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out to us at retail@arteitalica.com right away so our team can personally take care of it for you.

 

  • Stress-Free Return Shipping: If you added ReDo Returns Protection at checkout, your return shipping is fully covered! If you chose to opt out, don't worry—you can still easily return your items, you will just cover the cost of the return shipping label.

 

  • Exchanges: We are happy to help you swap your item! Eligible products can be exchanged quickly, subject to what we have in stock.

 

  • Fast Processing & Refunds: Once your package arrives at our warehouse, please allow us 3 business days to inspect and process it. Eligible refunds go directly back to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

A Few Guidelines to Keep in Mind

 

  • Eligibility: To ensure a smooth process, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Please include your proof of purchase. We kindly ask that you use our portal first, as unapproved returns cannot be accepted.

 

  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, custom products, gift cards, and any items that are used, damaged, or missing their original packaging are final sale.

Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
