Fall 2015 Photo Shoot-Spring Lake, NJ

May 15, 2015 9:01:47 AM

We introduce new products to our collection twice a year, and as April/May rolls around we have a photo shoot for our Fall launch.  This photo shoot was extra special because we actually shot in a store that carries Arte Italica, Kate & Co in Spring Lake NJ.

Spring Lake is an adorable seaside town, tree lined streets, beautiful historic homes, a charming main street all steps from the beach!

I stayed at The Chateau, a charming bed and breakfast that was built in 1888!  The Chateau was only a couple of blocks to main street where Kate & Co is located.

Kate, owner of Kate & Co, was wonderful and opened her beautiful store to us for 2 days.  She allowed up to move furniture and basically take over her store, which is pretty amazing!  Shoppers popped in and were surprised to see a photo shoot happening so it was fun for all.

Being in a store allowed us to take beautiful lifestyle shots for our Fall 2015 Introduction!  Our focus this fall is Barware, Medici and Natale.

New to Barware this season are 4 new beer glasses in different shapes and sizes to please any craft beer drinker's needs!  Following our beer story we have 3 new bottle openers, cork screw, pitchers and a small pewter tray, perfect for nuts and snacks.

We do the most entertaining in the fall so it makes sense to add new entertaining pieces to our Medici Collection!  We mixed in new pieces and existing pieces to show how verstile this collection is for any gathering.  Collections like Medici, you don't need to own the dinnerware, just key pieces you can pull out and love showing off when you have friends or family over.

The Natale Collection continues to grow (we are adding 5 new pieces for Fall!)  In addition we are adding new Italian linens, glassware as well as layering in our new Finezza Rosso.  With the addition of these new elements shows how you can mix and match collections making Natale so versatile and allowing for entertaining throughout the winter and holiday season.

A HUGE thanks to Kate for allowing us to use her beautiful store!

All of our Fall 2015 Collections will be online June 2015, stay tuned!

Making Mom Feel Special!

Apr 20, 2015 12:43:12 PM

If you are like most people Mother's Day rolls around and although we know and love our mother's we are stumped on what to get her.  Another gift card for a massage, that cute cardigan at the mall, done those already, right?  Encourage your mom to support local businesses and pop over to a local store and register, now you say, what? Register?  That is for brides!  Nope anyone can register and every mom should!  She gets to pick out what she wants, maybe a new fresh set of dinnerware, or the wine glasses she had her eye on.  As we know, there are always those items you would like to have but don't want to buy for yourself!

Another idea for mom, throw her a fabulous brunch!  Here are some ideas on how to do it and how you can incorporate Arte Italica pieces that you can "Gift" to her after!

Our Tuscan 3-tiered Stand will be perfect for your brunch and later used for cupcakes for all those birthday parties!  The Vintage Pitcher is also stunning filled with flowers!

Cherubino makes a perfect piece to serve on, then later, use them on a nightstand as a ring holder or in the bathroom for soap.

Anna Glassware as well as Verona can be so versitile.  We only have a few Tuscan Pitchers remaining in this style, get one now!

Our Medici Collection is one of our favorites and best selling.  Any piece in the collection is a star!

Our Scavo Chargers and Puccini Fruit bring color and interest to the table.

We are retiring the Splendore Collection so grab a piece from this spectatular collection before its gone!

Happy Mother's Day!

Get the Look!

Apr 9, 2015 9:43:34 AM

Recently our Vetro Silver collection was selected to be apart of a photo-shoot, styled by Amore Events by Cody and photographed by Reverie Supply.  This elegant and beautiful photo-shoot captured a stunning bride, and her dreamlike wedding, focusing on shades of blackberry.  Read all about it on the blog, Elizabeth Anne Designs, or at Weddings Unveiled.  You can also pick up a copy of Weddings Unveiled Magazine and see the feature in their Spring 2015 issue.

Shop this look!

You too can have this same look for your next dinner party!  Let us show you how.

Start with our Vetro Silver Chargers and Glassware

Use a vintage tureen or a piece like our Vintage Handled Bowl as a centerpiece for flowers.  You can also mimic this look by tieing ribbon to the chairs, like this ribbon from Ballard Design, or use the ribbon as napkin rings.

Find a sweet cherub for your table like this one from Frontgate

Last but not least, add some candlelight to create ambiance and to set the mood by using candelabras or candlesticks like our Cero.
