Where and how are Arte Italica products made?
All of Arte Italica products are handmade and hand-painted using century old techniques. Each piece of Arte Italica is truly a work of art! Arte italica products are primarily made in Italy, however we appreciate the beauty and craftsmanship of other European countries. All items sold on this website list the country in which they are made, as well as being stamped or stickered on the piece.
Can I expedite my order?
Arte Italica processes orders Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST. Orders placed with standard (ground) shipping will be processed and shipped within1 to 2 business days. Expedited orders (overnight and 2-day) must be received by 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday in order to ship the same day.
How can I cancel an order that I have already placed?
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel backodered items that have not yet shipped please contact Customer Service at 212.213.0859, Monday-Friday 9:00 AM -5:00 PM EST.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Arte Italica accepts Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover.
How do I make a return?
Items purchased from www.arteitalica.com cannot be returned to an Arte Italica retail location. Arte Italica is committed to providing its customers with quality products and exceptional customer service. If, within 45 days of receiving your items, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Arte Italica will gladly accept your unused, undamaged merchandise (in original packaging) for a full refund less shipping and gift box charges. Is it normal for there to be variations in color and size?
Every piece of Arte italica product is handmade and/or hand-painted, the result is a one-of-a-kind piece. Since each piece is made by hand, there will be slight variations in shape and color. This only adds to the beauty and one-of-a-kind nature of your Arte Italica product. Mouth-blown glass can be irregular in shape and may contain small bubbles, which is to be expected.
Where do I find an Arte Italica item that is retired?
If you are looking for an item that is no longer offered on www.arteitalica.com, we suggest you contact your local Arte Italica retailer through our Store Locator, or visit one of our Preferred Online Retailer's websites to check if they still carry the items you need. In addition, we recommend you check if these items are available through Replacements, Ltd. What does Out of Stock mean?
When shopping you will notice that there are items that are out of stock. In most cases the items may be a new introduction or a very popular item. You can still order the item and call our Customer Service at 212.213.0859 Monday – Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, they can let you know when the item will be available to ship.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been submitted you will receive an email confirmation. Once the order has shipped you will receive another email from us with your tracking information. Arte Italica tests and monitors all of our products for quality and safety. Please refer to our Product Care section to get information for specific items. Items listed as food safe meet or exceed FDA and Safe Harbor Prop 65.

Can you engrave Arte Italica pewter?
Pewter is a naturally soft metal and easily engraveable, however, we do not offer monogramming or engraving through this site. Contact a metal engraver in your area and ask if they have experience in engraving pewter. We cannot accept any returns on items that have been engraved.
